When you use the forms on the Contact, About Rates, and Hometown Heroes pages, we collect the contact information you enter, such as your name, email address, and phone number, and the mortgage scenario or details you choose to share, such as loan purpose, property information, estimated amounts, credit-score range, homeownership or VA-loan history, a VA-compensation answer, profession, county, or notes.

We also receive whether you agreed to calls or texts where that option is offered.

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and process loan applications you choose to pursue.

We share information with LoKation Mortgage and with service providers needed to handle your request or loan. We do not sell your information to lead buyers.

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies and similar technologies to measure site traffic and the performance of ads, including whether a form submission followed an ad click.

You can opt out of follow-up by telling Jason by email or phone, by replying STOP to a text, or by using an unsubscribe link where one is offered.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides ad controls and a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This site does not currently provide its own cookie opt-out tool.
